Two more washes done, dog food collected, woodshavings collected, ink for printer bought, work cheques paid into bank and downstairs swept (still getting enough to stuff a cushion every day!!). Stripes allowed a ten minute walk today - yayyyyyy! She got huffy when we didn't stay out long. I've also done a bit more on the website. It's looking good if I say so myself.

Quick non-related flying question - DS is easily distracted at school. I know this is something he has to work on. It's really affecting his literacy as he's been placed with some children who just want to chat and mess around. I know my son needs to ignore these boys (and so does he but easier said than done!) so I was going to go in and ask the teacher's advice as to how he could work on not being distracted - am I being OTT? She's not mentioned it to me at all - my son has said he now hates literacy because he can't concentrate. Any advice?

    Thanks in advance xx

Done to level 3 plus some of the extras, except the bins which I will get OH to help me with later as it's bin day tomorrow. Now decluttering some soup and then as a result of catching up on phone calls need to go and pick up a prescription for DS2. Then when I get back need to make the chilli before OH gets home so he doesn't see how little meat is going into it :rotfl:
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

Feeling rather proud of myself - various piles of work related gibble is being sorted and many bitty 'round tuit' jobs are getting done!

unfortunately there are no roundtuit jobs getting done here - I'm still recovering from taking DS to look around Hull Uni on Saturday....the stress of driving there and back plus the fact that I walked further than I have in the last 6 months put together means I am having difficulty getting into first gear. But I am still proud of me 'cause i did it:T

Dustykitten I have been prescribed that as well as some really strong painkillers. I only took 1 painkiller the first time but that hasn't really has an effect so I am going to take a diazepam with it this time. They said to be careful and take as low doses as possible which I am happy with as I am on my own this afternoon. Next rounds of meds due now and OH will be back before the next lot so I am a bit happier with that. Let's see if this lot help.

Toots Don't worry, I haven't done anything, my head and neck won't allow it. I am also waiting for my guys to appear on the local news, they are playing for the ship launch in Glasgow today, I was meant to be there so want to watch so I am kind of part of it.

Our school has one desk in each classroom with a screen around it. It's not a punishment desk, it's used for children (like my son), who want some quiet time to work. They also have desks outside the class.

Not surprisingly I suppose, my one and only "shaped" cookie cutter is in the shape of a wolf......;)

ETA Panic not Toots; Mr LW had last week off as he had to use up some leave, so I was officially on holiday.

    and so you should be!

aargh...it is so EASY to slip into disorganisation - then I end up with a mountain instead of a molehill!

Well I FULLY intend to GET on top of the mountain then STAY there...
I NEED 'free' time...well time to do nice things like baking and making jam and keeping my home lovely..and entertaining the LSB;).

The school camera has been decluttered of pictures. Just need a batteries (they're at work), and we have a classroom camera ready to go..(puts camera in bag, ready to take to work!)
