  • Am starting off gently this week - a bit off list IYKWIM - the house is looking quite tidy as I'm helping my mom scale down her junk so that we can get house renovations underway to make room for nan so it's kinda rubbed off on my place (that and the fact I'm not here to untidy it!!)

    My to-do list
    Charity shop run
Go and sign up for gym induction (take id and proof of address)
Make up home-made card for NN as thanks for bday flowers
    Sort handbag
Sort grub for tonight's night shift
    Finish ironing
    Folder for work
    Correspondance for work

HHC at 1130 anyone to get me started?
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

So I'm going to HHC back to back until 12.45 if anyone wants to join me?

Count me in for HHC's, I have to do a system restore on my lappy as the numerical keyboard is not playing ball. I know a restore will get it working again, so might as well do it now and get on with some hw at the same time.

Shall report back at 11.45 :)

I have cleaned the bathroom, all bar the floor and done a level 2 in DS's room

He and I are going to have to have a 'little chat' about money (again). I've got kids who are polar opposites when it comes to money. DD is a saver and DS is a spender - worse than that it burns a hole in his pocket. He has just blown £30 on a new badminton racket then had to borrow from me to buy his GF a birthday gift. Not looking forward to it but needs must. All his birthday money, bar his cheques, has been spent.

Oh forgot to share - yesterday, on my way to work, I saw a HERON flying, circling over a garden (figure they have a pond then)

I'm in for the 11:30 BTW

And just done a system restore and my numerical keypad works quite happily now - the home and end on the keys don't just sit there looking at me like a lost sheep..lol They actually do something..lol
