Quite often cases can only be opened e.g. 4 days to the minute after time of sale.

I've always assumed it is down to some weird definition of 'day' eg meaning the 'next day' ... I agree it is stupid as the 4 day rule effecively means 5 days - but it is better than the 7 (8) days it used to take to report a NPB.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0

Sunday or otherwise mine has always been 4 days exactly. 4 days after auction ends I can open an NPB and exactly 4 days after the nPB has been opened I can close it.

Mine clicked over almost to the minute of 4 days. I concur. 4 days means 4 days, to the minute/second in my experience. And to be fair, this would take in ALL time zones.0
