How much are you paying for your band?

We paid £400 for a 3-piece Irish band, who travelled 50 miles in horrendous traffic, and played their first set outside on the terrace of our hotel in the sunset while the Illuminations came on around us! They played 3 sets, a total of 3 1/2 hours and were fab!

Ok all you lucky brides and grooms have found bands - our wedding is in 12 weeks and we still have no band. H2B decided that waiting til the last minute to get a band was a better idea than snapping up the great one I found months ago, which comprised a 3 or 4 piece, with DJ for inbetween sets and after - 5 hour package for £1250. Now that great band are going on holiday and I am gutted!!!! I can only forgive H2B because I love him, but he nearly never had a wedding when I found the band were no longer available... grrrr.
Can anyone recommend a good Irish Party Band - not really full on Ceilidh, but a good mix of pop, rock, 60s and Irish party music. We are having the wedding in Windsor in Jan. I am nearly a zombie for searching the net so long!
