  • Thank you OBNW

In a good mood, went to see Xfactor live last night. It was good and more importantly the kids had a great time. Been bad on the money front. Not some much overspending well except for the Butlins holiday.. see below... more just not paying attenion to budget, balances etc.

Butlins was a good deal. Very last week of school hols so much cheaper and includes food. nearly £1600 but should get £400 from kids friends (taking DD1 and DD2 friends) and half from OH. Chances are only one friend will pay . OH says he will cover but not expecting much from him. Anything will be a bonus. I will cover as much as I can from my annual bonus after clearing the catalogue bill. Very naughty to book but we didnt go anywhere last year and the kids have been good. School results always excellent etc. Tried to be fairly MSE as we did promise it would be Europe this year but thats just not possible.

Need to check the bank accounts think it will not be pretty. Been very busy with work this week lots of miles so should make a small profit there although these fuel prices are a nightmare. It must be getting close to breakeven as the claim amount has not increased .

Situation with OH a bit mixed. He did want me to move back in but then we had a argument about me wanting to get married if I do and him about me not changing and the old moaning about my work socail life. Well he wont marry, I wont change (happy as I am at the moment... more content that I have ever been) and the social life will continue so looks like I wont move back!!!

I agree too, I've wasted enough time on a man I love that wants a less formal arrangement, it's hard moving on but don't sell yourself short. x

Oh I def agree that if things haven't changed, then what is there to be gained from going back. As someone who has also made that transition in the last few months, I would definitely keep things the way they are!
