Does anyone have an X box online code for Fifa 2011 going. My son has rented it but is unable to play on line without the code. It is the code on the case.

Not that I have Fifa 11, but is this code in addition to an Xbox Live Gold account?Dave. :wave:0

Is it a subscription he requires eg a gold subscription, you can buy a 1 month code for about £8,0

No it's EA's new plan to cut out the second hand market - only if you buy a game brand new can you use the included code to play online, if you buy the game used you have to pay EA further money to unlock the online portion. Ridiculous.0

I think the code referred to here is separate to the xbox live subscription and is a requirement of EA games that you have an EA account and a code that comes with the game (found on the back of the game manual). Apparently it is limited to one xbox...
Since you rented the game, you will need to use a free trial (good thing they thought about rentals
Do I need to purchase an Online Pass when I rent a game?
Each Xbox LIVE gamertag or Sony PSN ID is entitled to a free 7 day trial per title. Beyond that, users will be required to redeem or purchase Online Pass access.
