hp f1280 print problem

hi all desperate for help ihave a advent laptop which operates on windows 7 32 bit and ia have a hp deskjet f2180 the problem is it wont print anything from the internet it just feeding blank paper through i have yried the hp diagnostic tool it says everything is working properly the strange thing is it will print from the word pad and works word processor i have been online and tried different things on there but no joy there are no flashing lights on the printer and all the drivers are up to date anyone got any ideas ?:mad:

Try the following:
Uninstall the printer completely
Disconnect USB cable
Restore internet browser defauts (In IE - Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset button)
Reboot PC
Reinstall printer0
