If you go at a weekend some of the business hotels a bit of a walk from the city centre can be good value.

Try hotel Murillo group. They have apartments as well as the hotel.

    Wow!! You're on form..not

I went to Seville two years ago. Spent most of the time dodging dog s**t. Every few yards yet another pile. Seems like they don't care/mind, but not what I want when on holiday.Could be a nice place. The shops with the canopies over is a nice area, as is the tram up to the top.

I was told that it's a great place, and it's somewhere the spanish choose to go to.

Don't think I'll bother going back. Which I know won't bother the spaniards at all...:rotfl:

Think I will stick to Italy and France.

I love Seville, have been may times.

We usually stay here http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Hotel_Review-g187443-d228516-Reviews-Silken_Al_Andalus_Palace_Hotel-Seville_Andalusia.html its a bit out of the city centre but you can easily get a bus.

I spend 90% of my time in Tapas bars , so dog !!!! is not an issue.
On the internet you can be anything you want. It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.

    Thought Seville a great place.
Tapas bars, Cathedral and food late at night.
The Alc!zar is a better visit than Alhambra IMO.
Nice museum in the Bullring you don't have to see a bullfight to visit it.
As with a lot of places in Spain and Portugal you have to watch where you walk.
It's your money. Except if it's the governments.

Have to say that having just returned Bill Trac is spot on - the streets are covered in dog poo - will I be going again ---No !
  • Went a few years ago in Nov and it was absolutely freezing! Took jumpers but had to buy jackets. Toured Granada Cordoba and Seville - wasn't knee deep in dog doos then though!

Actually the weather was fantastic last week, just T shirts in the daytime and a jumper in the evenings
