Don't know if anyone can help me please, but after trying allsorts since DH's computer was upgraded to Windows 7 I can't use any of the software to run my Samsung VP-D33. I need to be able to transfer from the tapes on the camera to the laptop. Anyone know of any free programs I can download please?
Too many children, too little time!!!

Go to the manufacturers website and see if there are any updated ones. Vista apps/drivers should work.0

I don't see that you should need any software to download video from the Samsung VP-D33 to your PC.
All you need is a firewire cable and of course a firewire port on the PC.
If its windows 7 then you can use windows live movie maker to edit the video.
PS Windows Live has to be downloaded as its not included in Windows 7 as standard.
