Visa Chargeback claim Faulty Car ?

Sorry if this is not the correct place as it was a Visa Debit card transaction I thought here is best. I bought a car 3 weeks ago from a dealer (2nd Hand) for £3500 paid with my LTSB Debit Card, the following week the drivers window jammed it would go down but not up, and 3 tyres were leaking air. So I returned it to them to be fixed and a week later collected it. I was on my way home and tried the window (Should have done it at the garage I know) and guess what it still jammed and the tyres were still leaking air !. I could not face taking it back as they had obviously done nothing but took it to my local garage who confirmed that the door panel had never been removed and the window runners and motor were worn and need to be replace as a set, cost £250 (They also fixed the tyres as the rims were leaking, also confirmed these had never been done).
Now just last week the temperature gauge shot up to the red area and I needed to get towed by the AA to my local garage who confirmed the metal pipe to the heater had rusted through and would need to be replaced, another cost of £250. The garage asked did I not get a warranty with the car and I said I did for 30 days (Still within in just) and they said I should send the bills to them to sort out as I should not have to pay.
Now I know I should although they will probably say I should have returned the car to them, but bearing in mind they did nothing the first time around and they are much further to transport the car to than my local garage.
My question is can I send the bills to them (I have already paid them) or if they refuse (Likely) can I use the Visa chargeback since the goods I received were faulty ?.
I would be grateful for any help with this.

Sorry I meant just chargeback the cost of the bills (£500) not the full value, or is that not possible it must be all or nothing ?.
On a side note when I paid for the car it had 2 months MOT left and I told them I wanted a years one, and if they put it through I would pay the 'Fee' but if it needed a lot of work then we would have to review it, when I collected the car I was told it needed new brakes and discs and that would be £271 !. I paid that using my Credit Card even though I had stated I would just pay the fee I wanted the car.
When the car broke down this week I asked my local garage to check round the car in case there was anything else ready to go wrong, and they said the handbrake shoes were worn and are not holding anything, when I told them it passed a MOT 3 weeks before they basically questioned that given the state of the shoes and the fact that in between repairs I have only had it for 7 days !.
The garage that I bought it from just sells cars and has an 'Arrangement' with another garage some miles way from them (Which is odd) to go MOT's and repairs.0 -
I dont imagine you could as that would be classed as fraud.0

YOU bought a lemon you have absolutely no chance of getting a chargeback done.
Did you have/buy a warranty with the car - this is the only option to get this sorted without you ending up paying.0 -

30 Day warranty came with car, will be up next week.0 -
Well I'd be taking it back to the garage you bought it from (fuming) and demanding the problems be put right, or they can buy the car back off you for the price you paid.0

the dealer is obliged to provide a car that is fit for purpose and in an acceptable condition. before considering a chargeback, I suggest trying to resolve things amicably, however, if the dealer won't cooperate, then by all means, you can certainly do a chargeback for an amount matching the costs you have incurred, but be sure to have absolutely EVERYTHING documented on paper, including your own reasoning for why the chargeback is justified0
