Dear Members,
I am going through a divorce and we have no assets so I had to leave our Army home with nothing but my boys and our things and had to find somewhere to live. I have both our children he pays me £350 per month. It was more but he cut it down out the blue. We agreed on that amount because i've been left with all our debt, to the total of £4k. Eveytime he don't like something he's threaten me and has already cut the boys money down. I am scared he will cut it down even more and nowt I can do so have decided to go through the CSA.
Do anyone know roughly how much I am entitled to, he in the Army earning around £1,800
I wondered if I am entitled to any of his Pension also and how they work out the amount? I wasn't going to claim anything but the way he is being I have to. The money will going into a Account for the boys.
Thanks Jodie

CSA under new rules for 2 Children is 20% of Net Pay, certain expenses and benefits paid to your Husband might not be counted though. Regarding his Pension, this will come under Divorce settlement speak to a Solicitor and why should you take on all the Debt? Are you working? If you agree the debts are joint can you not split them? I am sure there used to be a Charity called SSAFA that would help people in your situation moving out of Army accomodation?

If he takes home £1800 than he should pay £360 per month.0
