Hi,
I purchased an item on eBay last friday and sent payment within a few hours of the auction closing.
Since ive paid i havent heard from the seller and havent recieved the item. I have used the contact seller on eBay and they havent responded.
How much longer should i wait to file a claim of a non recieved item.
Thanks,
Darren

There's always a possibility they're ill, but someone will advise you on length of time to wait for claiming.0

Well auctions that finished the same day as mine left feedback 3 days ago so im not sure what to do. The seller has 100% feedback but no longer responds to me as they did to my questions before the auction.
Ive just sent another message to them so hopefully this time il get a reply if not i think il have to go over to paypal and try and get the answers that way.
Thanks for you help!0 -
Ge the sellers details and give them a call, that is sometimes more effective than an email.
Aftre 7 days if you are really concerned you can start a paypal chargeback via paypal.
