Scam trying to involve warmfront

My father who is disabled was very nearly taken in by a scam recently.
There is a company going around who are saying they are a part of Warm front and saying they are there to install either cavity wall insulation or loft insulation, and of course charge hundreds of pounds for doing this.
My fathers next door neighbour refused them entry and when my brother checked with warm front they had no knowledge of them
So just a warning to anyone else who may have vulnerable members of their family.

Recently I got a call from someone who says I am qualified for a Warm Front grant for my loft and/or cavity wall insulation with 50% off. They have my name and address detail as well.
The installation company will be called Warm Space.
The estimated cost after the grant has been applied for a cavity wall insulation is similar to the 'full cost' as the local traders advertised.:(
