Balance transfer question- please help!!

Hi there,
Just need some advice...I have a £4000 credit card bill with barclaycard and the interest is quite high. I would like to transfer my balance to a card with a 0% interest..I am aiming to pay of this debt within a year. Which is the best card to go with???

What's important?...

Length of 0% promotion, or
Small balance transfer fee, or
Low minimum payments

...you won't get all 3 on the same card so it'll be a compromise.
