Evening tq. How was the course? Just another manic Monday for me :o
  • Hi Andy,

course was ok, but a multi agency thing, which tbh was not at all applicable to my area of work!! however, its essential that someone on the team has done it, so muggins got the short straw!!

Hi TQ, sorry I missed you, but great you have kept up the swimming, are you feeling any benefits yet?

Me and Mr AP have got a session booked tomorrow at local gym for a one to one with personal trainer (only £5 each!) and then we are going to try and fit in 2 gym visits a week if we can. Can't moan as they only charge £2 a go. Ok, its not a massive gym but its got all the essentials :)

Hi Andy  Hope alls well?

Evening anyone else looking in :)
