ahh right...:( it's a bit of a shock to the system when you realise br is the way forward...things will get better though, it just takes a bit of time...:Ax

Hmm...so so day so far. Not feeling 100%. Feeling a bit isolated at the moment if you know what I mean. My fault really, struggling a bit to get motivated, just one of those down days

i know what you mean...i'm sorry :A do you feel like taking the dogs out? otherwise, snuggle on the sofa with a book until you feel better...there is no harm in having a quiet day until you feel brighter.

i'll be back online later this afternoon, will pop on msn to see if you're around...?

i'm fine, didn't sleep well so i'm a bit tired but all is ok here...xx
