Thanks Andy...I'm between a rock and a hard place - I want him to have a landline, so I can keep in touch with the kids, they are there all week whilst I'm at work....however, its not my problem, strictly speaking and I am trying not to interfere too much.

I could (just about) afford to pay for a 'normal' BT package for him....but don't really see why I should, when there is a perfectly acceptable option he could afford himself, but for the massive connection charge!

I'll have a look at what else is on offer, and see if I can persuade him!

sorry haven't been here for ages but have been caught up with homelife, forgot how much time a baby takes up! anyway we're all good ds is well and enjoying a little sister still, and rebecca is gorgeous and still so in love with her that the sleepless nights aren't too bad!

cant beleive that I am halfway through the br already! anyway love to you all
