I know, we all think the same too......and we do lose posters. That's why we used to bump the 'old' Notice to Newcomers, just to warn people of what to do if they got an insensitive comment on their thread."If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

i know exactly what you mean Andy...best thing is to ignore the comments and hope that the newbies stick around to get the help they need. it can be very disheartening x0 -
