i'm vegging out on the settee...I'm in the feeling sicky phase, so lying down makes me feel worse...so supping weak tea and wishing the kids would keep quiet!!

Drink loads of water, that really helps me too x

and I may try a short stroll later Conf, bit of fresh air may help...well kill or cure!!

I think its because of the lighting in the new office we have moved too, a couple of collegaues have had headaches too.

yes, sometimes a bit of fresh air helps....sunglasses on if it's bright!

that's not good news about the lighting....perhaps you should report it to HR if it continues...that's a tricky one....x

Check your eyes too......I have to wear midway glasses now, when using computer x :A

yeah, I already wear glasses, only had new prescription a few weeks ago! And I work for the NHS, so chances of them doing anything with the lighting is fairly minimal!!
