Long day here....bad day at the office actually but at least its friday tomorrow.....phew....decided I am going to walk in Edale at the weekend where there is a big hill called Mam Tor which beat me in the summer...... I am stronger now I think & ready for the challenge.:j

Large horlicks & one of those Baker Boys Halloween Cupcakes.......they are yummy....bogof at Tesco for £1.49.
