Employees or contractors of LOVEFiLM or of R&R Ice Cream UK Limited or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of this promotion, or their families may not enter this prize promotion. Persons resident in a country or jurisdiction outside the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) may not enter. The game may be played more than once, but one entry per LOVEFiLM member is permitted only. <LI hasbox="2">To enter the promotion, you must sign up / sign in and complete the POTZ® Movie Matcher in under one and a half minutes and submit your score by midnight on Thursday 04 November 2010. <LI hasbox="2">A winner will be chosen at random by an independent person and will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date using the then current email address on that person's LOVEFiLM account. It is your responsibility to check your email account to see if you have won. If there has been no response from the originally selected winner within 30 days of notification, the prize will be awarded to the reserve drawn at the time of original winner.
2. Within six weeks of notification, the details of the prize will be provided to the winner via the current email address on his or her LOVEFiLM account. The prize is four tickets (two adults ( over 18) and two children (over 12) to attend a premiere of the Megamind film in London, on a prearrangeded date, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize at any time but will replace within the "family" genre selected by LOVEFiLM in its sole discretion, hotel accommodation at a London hotel of 4* standard or higher (one double/twin and one double/twin or one family room) for room only and spending money of £200. Please note you will be responsible for organising travel to London at your own cost to take up your prize. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the permission of the parent/guardian of any person under 18 who is using the prize. Unavailability on the date of the premiere will result in forfeiture of the prize and the prize will be awarded to the reserves in consecutive order drawn at the same time as the winner. 'Name and county of the winner will be available from LOVEFiLM after 06.12.10 for a minimum period of 3 months by emailing [EMAIL="competitions&#64;lovefilm.com"]competitions@lovefilm.com[/EMAIL].
3. There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. LOVEFiLM does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries or notifications, or entries or notifications lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, internet congestion, technical issue or any other cause whatsoever outside LOVEFiLM's control.
5. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, LOVEFiLM reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion, amend these terms and conditions, declare void the notification of winners and/or to allocate the prize by a fresh draw.
6. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
7. By entering the promotion and ticking the opt in box, you agree to us providing your name, address, email, age, gender and the number of people in your household to R&R Ice Cream (UK) and to receiving marketing communications from R&R Ice Cream (UK). If you do not wish for that information to be provided to R&R Ice Cream (UK) and to receive those communications, then you must not tick the opt in box at the time you enter the draw. You acknowledge that information that we provide to R&R Ice Cream (UK) will be held and processed in accordance with the policies and practices of the R&R Ice Cream (UK) from time to time.
8. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. LOVEFiLM's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is governed by English law.
