In an IVA and have had car stolen and being charged recovery

Long story short;

*vehicle stolen 3 am this morning (unaware of this)
*woke up to find a note from police with incident no at 6.45 am
*told vehicle was stolen and 'used in a serious crime'
*found out where vehicle was and rang to arrange collection. . . .told £150 min charge. . . BUT we cant get car as SOCO havent even been out as yet. . . !
*Rang police as our CCTV picked up the lil scro*t! Clear image. . . and 12 hours later. . . NO response from police or application to view !
*meanwhile the impound 'charges' are increasing

ANY ideas/help please guys? 1 year into IVA and obviously and money etc has to be counted to the last penny. . . .which we DONT have! :rotfl:
