NSD for me too - but there is sooo much food in the house at the moment that I really have no excuse.
Andy, may I be the first to introduce you to the DFW equivalent of the gameshow "a cuddly toy!" - the packed lunch. It sounds like a little thing, but it's the little things that add up. £2 a day becomes £10 a week etc. etc.
I'm kind of forced to because my office is out of town and what few options there are a boring and rubbish! But it's a good DFW habit to get into.
