I've had it now and then for the last 2 weeks, seem to bring it into service and go back to the old one now and then. Today though the site is RIDICULOUSLY slow

It used to be slow for me too - pages never loading etc - but it has been working normally without delays for several months now. (You must have particular connection issues - maybe the techies can advise on that?)

I'm only able to see the "old look". Nothing has changed here.

I've just logged in and it was normal old one for me?

I think they are just testing the new interface cause the old one is still showing for me. Had the new one a few weeks ago.

Wish they'd stop telling me that there was improvements coming every time I log in!
(Although I use the Bank of Scotland one, it's the same except from the logo)
