fridge recommendations

first of all, i hope this is in the right place.
my mother in law is looking to buy a new larder style fridge and i'm doing a bit of research for her.
she currently has a hotpoint frost free fridge/freezer which is slowly dying in a very dramatic fashion! she's looking to get a larder style fridge to replace it. i think she ideally wants to steer clear of hotpoint again.
what fridges would you all recommend? are there any brands to stay away from?
i've recently bought a new washing machine and in my research for that i used a site called washer help - which i found on here- i was wondering if there was a similar site for fridges?
