"Sell an item" option question about multiple ebay listings

I've just started selling a few bits and bobs on ebay after a 3 or 4 year hiatus. I haven't downloaded Turbolister (what I used to use - not sure if this is still the standard programme for multiple listings) so I just use the ebay "sell an item" option. However, the problem I have is that I create my listing and save it. I then do another listing for a different item and the first listing has dissapeared. Is there any way of saving multiple item listings that I don't want to go live immediately through the "sell an item" option?

There should be a "Save as template" option when you create your listing, have a look for that (usually at the very bottom of the page) and click that, it should save that listing as you created it for later use.
