I won school uniform wth news of the world

had email asking for size and which BHS to collect from, which i replied to...haven't heard anything since

has anyone else had trouble??

Same here....... received email with list of clothes and asked to reply with size and colour and where I wanted to collect from but nothing since..... that was 3-4 weeks ago and the email stated must reply within 14 days!

I think I will email monday and ask whats happening!

Finally got reply late last night, and responded immediately as mine i ready for collection. So maybe worth emailing if you not had an email to collect yet

Not had mine yet either, have corresponded with a Nicolette Bannister and as far as I am aware (as she hasn't confirmed yet) it will be coming through the post to me as they couldn't arrange it for my preferred store and it was out of my way and would have cost a fortune to park the car in Brighton, which is where she suggested I should go for it.
