I want to heap a bit of praise on the guys at http://www.jsmdistribution.co.uk/, bought an item from them which turned out to be faulty. At 6.14 last night i send them an email regarding it, at 6.15 yes 1 minute later i got a call from them asking me to check a few things out incase i had set it up wrong. The guy couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant and will have a new item sent out in the post first thing this morning. Excellent customer service
