Ha ha You're soooo funny, call for a Doctor, my sides are splitting....
• Hi from another Civil Servant. My redundancy process started 18 months ago (nice gardens though) and as I was approaching the last hurdle Labour gave way to the coalition who promptly said the rules will be changed. My redundancy process was a one off just for my post.
My case has been sitting on a desk up country prob waiting for the new scheme to be in. All calculations so far are based on the old scheme. I havn't seen the new rules yet so if poss could one of you send them through to me on tony30lilly@aol.co.uk It would be nice to read before I talk to my TU rep tomorrow.

One more legal area ?? During the last 18 months we have been using the old scheme to formulate my finance deal. 2 months ago I was sent the forecasts by PPPA for 3 methods of leaving v finance and I was asked to indicate which I wanted. This I did and sent back to my HQ who then said ''thanks - we can now continue with the process'' NOW ?? Is that a contract or not ?? Can they now say ''forget the initial agreed package - we will use the new one'' ?? Thanks guys.
