Just to put some facts in graphical method in order to try and put information up for some serious debate.
We all know that the Register of Scotland Executive Agency provides the most robust data for property sales in Scotland.
LR doesn;t show any at all and Nationwide / Halifax are just a fraction of the data the ROSEA holds.
I've not posted this for a few months now, but here is the updated graph
It should be easier to see in graphical terms what the monthly data from the ROSEA depicts:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

here's the thing - Graham is just plain dumb. 100% guaranteed.
Hamish was 100% right and then you get people telling Graham that he's right and the village idiot actually believes the hype...
he then comes back with more nonsense
but still has avoided the question which he could never answer because he's so dumb
chucky, other than the fact that this is clearly rude and breaks all forum rules, do you really, really, think that this is the best way to win your argument and make your point?
Who do you really think comes off looking best after posts like this?
Think about it.
PS You can't claim this was a reasonable response to Graham's attacks on you - because he never made any. He just happened to disagree with you.
PPS Would you make these same 'arguments' if Graham happened to be standing opposite you in a pub? Possibly with a large mate or two idly standing by?
Just wondered.0 -
feel free to wonder away
btw - have you seen Graham's pictures on here?
he looks like Ronnie Corbett from Sorry...
Erm, no - I think you'll find that's his BABY, chucky.:p
Babies usually are small, you know...
BTW, was the implication of your remark thar you WOULD be rude to Graham in a pub if he was smaller than you and resembled Ronnie Corbett? But presumably not if he was 6 foot 6 in his bare feet, with a shaved head and some filthy tattoos?
Have you not moved on past that stage at the age of about 6?0
