Your link doesn't mention SX425W, bilbo. Mind you nor does tony's.

I'm beginning to think tonynw has a personal interest in 7dayinks. The majority of his posts have bumped them. Personally I wouldn't use them because there is no address as far as I can see on the website and only a mobile phone number. They say they're based in the North West yet the website is registered to a Choon Yen Kong in Loughborough.

But tony, the link which YOU provided is hosted by Store2go.net so the details I've given are exactly right.

    http://whois.domaintools.com/store2go.net

However you (or somebody who is also surprisingly called Tony) also own a Domain called 7dayinks.com.

    http://whois.domaintools.com/7dayinks.com

No website associated with this Domain appears on any of the searches that I made on Google. Only the Store2go shop front comes up.

I don't report any posts for abuse or spam. As far as I'm concerned MSE are quite welcome to police their own site. I just find it slightly hypocritical when certain members pretend to be disinterested bystanders when they give advice, post deals etc. when in reality it's for their own personal gain.

I've bought a lovely new printer to use with my laptop and now think I should buy some spare ink cartridges so I've got them on standby.
Any suggestions as to where I should be looking for the best prices, and, could I use a cheaper, compatible cartridges?
    Any help/advise is welcome.
    Search on google..........you'll get it........

Apparently available here as the T1285 multipack

    https://www.printercartridges.net/pr...4302e3770d7d5e

Epson call them Fox Inks and say they are for an SX425W

Thanks everyone for the varied info.
Missed out on the batch you sent me sander but have seen the Foxmulti-pack on Amazon for £20 now.

Might be worth e-mailing them at printer cartridges to see if they will send you a no obligation e-mail when they are back in stock, though £20 for genuine cartridges is somewhat bearable and they cannot throw anything your way for using compatibles.

One of the printers I have uses nine cartridges and Epson only want £97 for a set, which is cheap when compared to their paper at £130 a box, thank goodness for compatibles at £17 a set and photopaperdirect.com :)

The hunting around for the SX425W cartridges has left me better off in terms of suppliers, so thanks for posing the question

    Happy New Year
