Wonder if anyone can help me with taking my dell xps210 pc back to factory settings. I got the disc that came with pc, will the disc allow me to use the same XP windows professional on my pc again. Also do anyone know how to copy Microsoft word 2003 on to a disc as I have lost the code when I downloaded it to my computer. I have got all the other software disc with codes but not Microsoft download. :o

You can find the Product Keys for your Operating System and MS Office 2003 by using a program called: Windows Product Key Finder

Simply copying the Office 2003 files to a CD won't help you as you need the installer. Once you have the product key you could request a replacement CD from Microsoft or maybe check for an original disc on Ebay.

Was your machine originally sold new with Windows XP? If so, look here or here.

If originally supplied with Vista, are yours the original DELL discs?
