bank charges

hi, just heard about these charges and need some more information about claiming my money back.What do you write in the first letter and can anyone claim money back even if you are overdrawn every month!.My bank don't even send me letters they just add it on at the end of the month on my statements.thanks

You were obviously listening to Martin on Jeremy Vine,as indeed I was,but Martin didn't really tell people where to find the information,and as much as I tried,I couldn't get through to R2 to tell them.
