Viakal has stained resin worktop - advice please

Hi,
Regrettably, after cleaning an area of a (seldom-used) bathroom using Viakal we left the bottle on the worktop then forgot about it. Going back into the room about 3 days later a drip from the bottle has now left what looks like a water mark in the worktop surface.
The worktop is a fairly recent black speckly resin worktop (stone effect, if you like).
Any thoughts on how this can be removed/lifted?
Many thanks,
Jon

It's reasonably likely the Viakal has "etched" the resin or on a small scale, melted it (chemically).
First port of call is the manufacturer of the resin top before any chemicals are tried.
When we have "stains" occur in quartz worktops we use Lithofin Wax Off - which removes pretty much everything, however I fear this may actually do more damage to a resin top than the Viakal, hence talk to the manufacturer before trying anything.0 -
Depends on the type of worktop. Most composite worktops can be fixed with a kit from the manufacturerI love my New Year's day baby girl Olivia xx:happyhearxx0
