I'm selling a number of my things at the moment so my feedback rating is important to me.
I sold a portable heater on a Buy it Now. The winner didn't get in touch. He has a feedback score of only 2 and he bought another heater on the same day.
I entered a NPB after I sent email reminders to the buyer and got no response. Now I have received negative feedback from him::mad:
I don't wont this heater now because I buy another one
But I'm not the one at fault! What can I do?

Get in touch with ebay, sometimes if you and the buyer make a mutual agreement, ebay will allow to remove it

Thanks. Have got in touch with Ebay now.
Was advised to reply to feedback. My NPbuyer will then be given a chance to respond and then Ebay assures me the feedback will be removed. But Ebay needs to go through this procedure.0 -
Experience has taught me that eBay always prefers to sit back and talk, rather than actively do something. I suspect you may have to chase them on their assurance, but negative feedback from a NPB is clearly not acceptable, particularly given the NPB's comment.Martin_Knott-Lewis wrote: »Ebay assures me the feedback will be removed. You say you went through the NPB process, was it a full NPB and did the buyer respond formally before ti was closed?

Soolin, it is a NPB case open awaiting buyer's response. It seems he was able to leave neg feedback in reply.0

As soon as you get to day 4 close the NPB and the feedback should be removed.
