A hair, I find acceptable. Glass is a different matter, and I'd have told them to shove their £2 voucher.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
Agreed, when it comes to glass you are getting into dangerous territory and that deserves further investigation. We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

You could always wait for Asda to have an offer on combs & buy one to groom your recently acquired hair....................:DWhat if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0

I am peeved with the abrasive, arrogant and childish repsonses here.0

what really did you expect?
wow thats terrible go to a no win no fee company and you will sure to get £500 and possibly another £200 for the stress this has caused.
It was unfortunate but its only a hair. Im sure in a day you take in more germs from others than you realise are you going to sue those? If You See Someone Without A Smile......Give Them One Of Yours0 -
I really wouldn't like to find a hair in my food - even my own!! but as most people are saying it's not a biggie, just take it back and get a refund, if your lucky you may get a voucher as well, then avoid ASDA for ever!!Slightly bitter0

If you take it back to the store they should at least refund the cost of the cake and give you a minimum £5.00 gift voucher.April 2017 wins: Jawbreaker singlet £20,
May 2017 wins: Joe Brown cardigan £350
