Claiming back PPI from Marbles

Hi
Can anybody help me - I have been trying to find out how much PPI I paid on my marbles credit card, however unfortunately i do not have statements from when it was opened in 2004 to 2007. I have tried calling them 5 times but nobody seems to be able to help me and keep being put through to the wrong dept. I just want a total figure. I know in would never have asked for PPI when the card was initially taken out. I noticed on old statements from (2007) that PPI was paid so know i was being charged
Any advise / numbers / names would be great as I just dont know what to do and feel i am being passed to and fro as they know i am trying to make a claim.
Thank you

read the stickies above and send of a SAR request to the bank. will cost you a tenner but will give you all the last 6 years statements for you to calculate how much you are owed.0 -
Hi there and welcome. You do not need to know how much you have paid in ppi as the company work that out for you.Just so you know the calculations are right if you win mis sell then you can send for a sar.You can do this at the same time as you put your claim in for mis sell,(2 seperate letters ).For the mis sell you put your account number and the reasons you were mis sold this ppi and that you want ppi paid to date back with interest, it is as easy as that.xAni_miller wrote: »Hi
