Anyone get the HSBC MP4 player

Hi all, signed up fof HSBC student account about a month ago, mainly for the overdraft, but also wanted the MP4 player they were offering as well. However, I have still not received it and was wondering if anyone else had before I get on the phone to complain? Thanks

my daughter ordered this in july,it arrived sometime in august via a code to email address,then had to wait a few weeks after that for delivery

My other half choose the 10 free cds and so far HSBC have come up with the goods. Maybe you should go in your local branch and have a word.

I've got alot of friends who applied for the student accounts very early on ended up having to wait a very long time before they got the mp4 player the customer service at my local branch is pretty poor
