How to clean coving glue from a radiator

After fitting some new coving we noticed that some of the coving glue dripped on the side of our new radiator (only the top was covered).
Do anyone here knows how to remove this glue from the rads ribs (a solvent free glue)?

Yes, real plaster coving with the Evo-stick coving adhesive (i.e glue).Five exclamation marks the sure sign of an insane mind!!!!!

Well i think you're stuffed ..
Anything that will get the glue off will be a solvent ..and will also take the paint off the rad ..
if it were an old rad ..i would just say rub it down with an abrasive and repaint it ..
but as it's new ..you have to rub it down and respray ..match it up with car spray paint ..careful, there are hundreds of shades of white car paint ...halfords sell spray cans of "appliance white" that may be a good match ..but that will be gloss ..most rads are a sort of semigloss...so you may need to tone it down after with 1000 wet-n-dry to take the gloss off it.
or claim on the insurance .
before you do anything as drastic as respray ..try one of those green washing up pads on it ..and hope you dont rub through the paint...the paint is very thin .

All is well,:T:j
As the rad was on for few days last week the adhesive got dry and is flaking off.
A careful use of a superscraper and my finger nails and it's all off.
It is a 2.5 metre De'Longhi rad and the finish paint is very thick, so I guess that helped too.
