I also filed an INR with paypal. The second the email came from paypal to say the dispute had been opened, I also received an email from Dealextreme saying they had issued a full refund. Although the amount they said was being refunded was £1 less than I paid?

Strangely though the money didn't and hasn't since gone into my account and the dispute is still open? weird

Deal Extreme can be really slow when shipping. I ordered something from them a couple of years ago and it took about 2 months for it to come. They ship a lot of their stock from Hong Kong I believe, this would explain the delay.

I haven't got mine either but I am sure it will turn up eventually.

Finally got mine today, it had a sticker on it from Hong Kong Post saying that it had been damaged in the 'handling process'. I opened it up and it is smashed to pieces, not very happy!

Mine arrived today, I am surprised it came before Christmas because I didn't expect it to. Having dealt with deal extreme on quite a few occasions I am fully aware orders can take forever to arrive. If you want your item next day maybe stick with Argos!

Quality not great but I didn't expect it to be for £2.71
