Hello, no I haven't had mine come either and got to the point I filed a paypal dispute as it's well past the time it should of arrived by now. I know it wasn't a lot of money but this was a present for my son and it never arrived and any emails I have had off Deal Extreme seem to all be computer generated and no help at all.

Thanks for replying. I didn't pay by Paypal so I can't file a dispute. Not sure what to do if DealExtreme are just sending automated emails. I know it's not a lot of money either but I also bought this for my son for his birthday which is coming up so I'm a bit disappointed that it still hasn't arrived after waiting all this time

I haven't had anything either - ordered a mask and a mario hat for my son.

Dealextreme are very slow from past experience - I had a dispatch email ages ago but nothing's turned up

I had a dispatch email a couple of weeks ago too but still nothing has arrived

I've managed to find the email informing me that the item had been shipped and that was date 15th October so it's been over a month now since then! I've sent them an email but if I don't receive a reply or my order by next week then I shall cancel it and ask for a full refund.

:j Finally. Mine came today. Looks quite good for the money. Hopefully you should all get yours soon. Don't have the packaging anymore but think it came from China or Hong kong. No wonder it took so long.:beer:

Thats great news! just out of interested when did you originally order? so we can work out when to expect ours! :T
