Meter and benefits

I recently informed the benefits and HB people about changes to circumstances where my money had increased in savings so that my benefits will decrease. This meant amongst other things a declaration of assets, in my case 3 bank accounts, which i did. This covered my money in savings but a couple of days later i noticed on my prepaid electricty meter i have about £80 pounds, what i wanted to know was should this have been declared to ? Thankyou
