We have an 18ft by 11ft room that is back to bare brick and needs bonding & plastering. It has 2 windows and the ceiling is 8ft high. The ceiling will also need skimming.
What sort of ballpark figure should I be looking to pay for this job?

Around £600 to £800, some jobs are easier than others and theres no such thing as a standard room beleive me. Also depends where you live ....south is more expensive than the north.0
