You can put a claim into small claims Court, but you need to sue the landlowner as well as they are more likely to pay.

BTW it's not a fine it's an invoice.

With respects Gemini , you have already asked this on a couple of threads, you have been given an answer, asking again on a completely different thread is not going to change the answer to you, so please follow the advice given.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Just FYI, I've moved these three posts out of the sticky "What to Expect" thread which is only for posts regarding PPC letterchains/debt recovery letters for upload.

geminigirl1 - welcome to MSE :hello: If you're planning to issue small claims action you'll need a new separate thread. If this is the case please send me a PM and I'll move the above posts into a new thread for you :)

You need to find out who the landowner is, or the company responsible for allowing them to operate on the land, and sue them both in the small claims, it will cost money to take it that route, but it will be added to your claim should you win, also if you need to enforce the ruling should it go your way that will also cost but added to the claim.

Basically you are risking more money to get yours back.

    Best of luck!
