I would consider myself very well off with £50k sitting...until about the age of 50 id like alot more than that stashed away... Its all about living withen your means and saving for the future...Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.

it would take us 2 years to earn £50k. we barley get by month-to-month. we rent not have our own house. if we needed to find £500 it would have to go on a credit card.
