Changing Notice Period?

    How long have you worked there?

    if 5 years or more then the month notice is incorrect unless you agree to it.

    Not sure if working beyond your notice invalidates it or not,

    Did you work the 26th if not then you have not worked beyond the months notice.

    Notice starts the day after you are given it so that month notice given on the 25th Aug would end the 25 sept
  • I worked there for a year and a half, so the month's notice is correct. Yes, I worked on the 26th September.
