m I Entitled to any benefits?

I was made redundant in March after 7 years with a firm. As well as the redundancy pay I cashed in my company shares and took a small pension of just over £50 per week (If I hadn't taken this in March then I would have to wait another 5 years.) I have been applying for jobs but have had no feedback from any I have applied for (age?).

My redundancy money has now nearly all gone having kept me for the last 7 months. My shares money > £30K is invested in a 3 year bond so I am left with £50 per week and basic outgoings of £150+ per week but fortunatly no mortgage. I am sure to some I am very fortunate but my situation is becoming a worry as the only option I can see is cash my bond and live on this money until it runs out.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation or can advise?
