I need to create a questionnaire to be sent out to a group of people and to collate responses. The idea is that I would like to have the form emailed out to the group so that they can complete it as an attachment or online and they return it to me via email.
Is the above a simple process?
Does the person completing the document have to have infopath in order for the process to work??

No idea about InfoPath, but SurveyMonkey is often recommended. Free for rather limited use; costs if you want more sophistication.0

it's not too bad - have you any experience with access or vba?0

Excel would probably be easier and more dumb-user friendly (lack of better word).
To open an Infopath file you need Infopath, at least with Excel it comes with the majority of off the shelf office suites so more likely the user has this.0
