UPDATE
I had a call from the Environmental Health dept. I took the cake into them (that was weeks ago)
Anyway, the cake had a "substantial amount of mould" in it and that was giving off the nasty smell
They have got onto Morrisons about it and they are investigating how it got like that0 -
Another update
Morrisons have issued an apology and a £10 voucher. The environmental health are not prosecuting them but will keep a record of the mould in the cake.
That's all I know so case closed.0 -
