Thanks for all your opinions, I appreciate your input!

I think we will just continue to look around and see what we can get, and when we find what we want take it from there!
As I said, like everyone, we want the most for our money, and we'll juat have to ride the rollercoaster and hope we can get off at some point with what we want.
Now, if anyone has a 2 bedroomed property in the Carrick district of Cornwall they want to sell for £130k, to a lovely Cornish girl and her northern boyfriend, let me know:D
